Submit a Deletion or Data Export Request
Use the form below to request permanent removal of your Quizzard account, quiz history, and associated classroom records. Under FERPA, COPPA, and state student data privacy laws, parents/guardians and school officials may also submit requests on behalf of a student.
What Happens When Your Data Is Deleted?
- Account Credentials & Profile: Your name, email address, login credentials, and OAuth links are permanently erased from Firebase Authentication and Firestore.
- Student Quiz & Assessment Records: All quiz submissions, scores, accommodations settings, and mastery logs tied to the student account are permanently purged.
- Verification & Timeline: You will immediately receive a reference number and confirmation email. Requests are verified and completed within 7 business days (and no later than 30 calendar days).
