1. Acceptance of Terms & Classroom Eligibility

By creating an account or joining a class on Quizzard, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Educator accounts must be created by authorized teachers, school staff, or tutors. Student accounts must be created either with a valid classroom invitation code issued by an authorized teacher or with parent/guardian consent.

2. Transparent Pricing & Zero Hidden Fees

Quizzard is committed to complete pricing transparency with zero hidden fees, zero surprise auto-upgrades, and zero dark patterns. Core student classroom access (joining a teacher's class, completing assigned quizzes, and participating in live classroom review games) is free for students. Any paid educator or school-wide licensing is clearly disclosed upfront prior to checkout and is covered by our Refund Policy.

3. Educational Accuracy & AI-Assisted Content Disclaimer

Quizzard provides AI-assisted generation of NCSCOS-aligned lesson plans, Depth of Knowledge (DOK) quiz items, mathematical SVG graphs, and IEP/504/ESL accommodations to save educators time. While our prompts and pacing guides are engineered for high academic rigor, teachers remain the final instructional authority in their classrooms and are encouraged to review generated assessments and accommodations before assigning or printing them.

4. Intellectual Property, Fonts & Media Licensing

• Teacher-Created Content: Teachers and schools retain full ownership of the uploaded curriculum documents, custom questions, and lesson plans they create on Quizzard.
• Licensed Open-Source Assets: Typography on Quizzard uses Inter and Outfit licensed under the SIL Open Font License (OFL 1.1). Icons are provided by Lucide under the ISC/MIT License. Mathematical typesetting is powered by KaTeX under the MIT License. All custom SVG mathematical illustrations are generated natively by Quizzard.

5. Account Termination & Data Deletion

You may stop using Quizzard and request complete account and data deletion at any time via our Data Deletion Request page or by contacting support@quizzard.app.
